A webinar page that helps people say yes.
Enago helps researchers publish in international journals. We redesigned their webinar landing page so the right people register faster, without changing a word of the content.
The problem
The old page treated every visitor the same: one long scroll of benefits, bullets, background and speaker bios, ending in an 8-field form. It was built to deliver information, not to help anyone decide.
A PhD student worried about plagiarism reads this page very differently from an editor deciding whether to recommend an AI tool to their journal.
Who is really landing here
- The early researcherGrad student or early career. Afraid of being flagged for something they didn't intend.
- The established voiceSenior researcher. Little time. Asks: is this credible enough to be worth it?
- The gatekeeperEditor or peer reviewer. Deciding whether to vet or recommend this to others.
What we set out to do
The page does two jobs: sign people up, and make Enago look like a trusted authority on AI in academic writing. Our goals:
- Reduce cognitive load
- Make content easy to find
- Build trust
- Make registering faster
We studied the registration flows of Elsevier, Coursera, Wiley and Eventbrite before designing.
The new flow
- Hero with date, speakers and CTA
- Why it matters
- Key benefits
- Who should attend
- Agenda
- Speakers
- Registration
A timed agenda, so busy researchers can see exactly what they'll get in 60 minutes.
Visual direction
A fresher take on Enago's own colours, accent colour only where action matters, clear type hierarchy, card-based layout and generous space. Academic in tone, with a modern product feel.
